I'm looking for two products.

An obscurator. A freeware or Opensource application. I'm working with
vb.net.
and a way to generate pdf file, with differents sources. Also a freeware.

I don't know if something exist.

Do you mean "obfuscator" ?

If yes, then here is an e-book that includes an open source obfuscator:
