display Time

This code below suppose to display time of my PC on the web but it
doesnt ..it just echos "Hello W3Schools!"

<h2>Hello W3Schools!</h2>
<p><%Response.Write(now())%></p>

</body>
</html>

what is wrong?

No ..It doesnt do anything..it just echoes W3School!

I have installed MS .net SDK2

how do you access your page? have you created an IIS virtual folder?

Ha..hah!! It is working ..I created a Virtual Directory and it is doing
wonders!!

Hmmm...

maybe you *are* trying to use asp, and not aspx.

Is that file's extension asp or aspx ?

For either case, use this :

<%=Response.Write(now())%>

Notice the equals sign, OK?
