You can always create a new System.Net.WebClient

but that won't actually redirect the user, rather it will be like you are
navigating there internally. This is likely what you want if you don't want
the users to know you are posting to another web site.
If you need the users to interact with the other website, or if you simply
want to transfer them, you can achieve this in JavaScript by simply
submitting a form with a bunch of hidden fields who's name match the other
server's forms fields...
