SSL Webservice, makecert.exe cert issue

Hello,

I am trying to enable SSL on the web server. I want to generate a test
certificate for development server. I used makecert.exe utility to generate
test certificate (
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...akecertexe.asp
)
It does generate a certificate and installed on the server, but https still
wont work on the dev server. I get generic "Page can't be displayed" message
when I try to view any web page through https. Plus the following error in
Even Log on the server:
"The SSL server credential's certificate does not have a private key
information property attached to it. "
Did anyone get test cert to work? Please let me know, what I am doing wrong.

Thank you.
