Textbox in createPopup window

I created as popup window using the createPopup() method. The innerHTML that
will be displayed in the popup contains a textbox. For some reason I cannot
key into the textbox. Is there a limitation that I do not know about. I
checked in MSDN to see if there is a limitation in displaying an editable
textbox within a popup window using createPopup(). Please HELP.... I do not
want to use anything other that the createPopup to do this. I do not want a
modal or modeless dialog window or anthing else. I just need the popupwindow
to enable the user to key information in the textbox.
