VS 7.1 debugger confused?

Does anybody know how many vb web applications I can debug at the same time
on the same processor? I have two web applications that have indentical code
behind pages, only. Web app 'B' runs fine without exception, web app'A'
won't load user controls even though it compiles w/o error. Funny thin gis
web app 'A' was constructed first! What gives?

All I can tell you is that I have had similar problems, not only with
ASP.Net applications, but with any .Net apps that use the same classes. My
solution has been not to debug them at the same time. Wish I knew more, but
I do not.
