Unusual Parsin Error??

I was creating the shell of a storefront (no vb code to make it
functional) for a project when I started to get this error:

Line 1: <%@ Page Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false"
Codebehind="frmSearchCategory.aspx.vb"
Inherits="Test3.frmSearchCategory"%>

There is nothing in the code behind portions of any pages, they are all
just basically strait aspx webforms comprised of 90% HTML with some
text boxes, panels and buttons from the "WebForms" toolbox.

I double checked the inherits and they are all correct.
The error I posted above is from a blank page, I did not put anything
into it yet. I just created a new webform page and then tried to view
it in the browser.
