How can I post in multiple discussion groups? I notice that some messages are
in multiple groups. Is there any way of doing that?

Fille in more then one newsgroup when creating the post. Just like emailing
to multiple people, but just put the newsgroup names in.

You generally want to avoid doing this, as it is considered bad Netiquette.
