where to get this DLL for application blocks

where can I get this file already compiled or a bat file to make the DLL

Download the Data access application block from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de.../html/daab.asp
and check it out.

that's useless , it requires visual studio to use it.

I needed a compiled copy and after some sleuthing I found one.
