Post Back Taking lot of Time

Hi all,
I have created a Web Application in my system, This application
is accessed only in the local network[An office environment].

I have observed that in some machine When there is a post back it will
be taking lot of time , but at the same time in some other machine it
is not at all taking any time .
Iam not able to identify the root cause,
can any one please help me out
Thanks in advance

I doubt anyone can help. You've provided very little information. If it's
always the same people that are slow, maybe you can sit at their computer
and do some remote debugging
