ASP.NET "job board" software

Hi, does anyone know of any *good* "job board" software which is available
for purchase/ download.

I did look @ the jobboard available from Ibuyspysolutions but do not really
want to have to implement the IBuySpy portal just for a job board and to be
honest, it looks quite horrible.

I don't mind paying some $$ at all but I would like it to be "open source"

Any recommendations?
Thanks
Mark

no free job board is going to perfect for everybody google this and see what
comes back.

there is a free job board example in the book ASP.net unleashed if you can
find the example source code.
