CheckBox vs CheckBoxList

With CheckBoxes i know i can get TRUE or FALSE by using
ChekBox1.Checked.
But i want to use CheckBoxList with DataBinding can i get TRUE or FALSE
? Does it have a checked property?
Can i use in a DataList?
