Replicating XML Node

Hi!
I have a Physical XML file like this

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<Employees>
<Employee>
<EmployeeID></EmployeeID>
<LastName></LastName>
<FirstName></FirstName>
<Title></Title>
<BirthDate></BirthDate>
<HireDate></HireDate>
</Employee>
</Employees>

Through VB.NET i am querying a Database and trying to fill the records for
the Employee. There can be multiple Employee records. How to recplicate the
<Employee></Employee> Node through VB.NET. Is it Possible. Or i need to
create the Nodes dynamically and assign the values? Which will be a better
option to go with

Thanks in advance
Baren
