include in aspx

I created component, which should load content of html file and made
property
ContentFile, and assigned value to it at the main page:

<components:content runat="server" ID="content1"
ContentFile="../Defaultc.htm"></components:content>

In the component I included following:

<!--#include file=<%=ContentFile%>-->

but it gives me error:

Parser Error
Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to
service this request. Please review the following specific parse error
details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Illegal characters in path.
If I specify name instead ContentFile, it works. What I do wrong?

Sorry for silly question. Thanks

Alex
