asp.net Apps v1.1.4322 Requests/Sec always zero

hello I am looking at permformance monitor thru a remote server
connection....

I am running an asp.net webapp, when I browse the site, this counter is
always zero...

is there a reason for this...what is going on...some permission to view
somewhere?
