I took my 70-300 with Prometric testing center yesterday and I have an issue
in this regard.
I was doing my "review" for the last case study and I ran out of time. A
window opened up which said that I ran out of time and click OK to continue.
I hit OK, nothing happened, I hit it twice ....nothing happened and the
system hang up. Then I contacted the EDP's personnel who said that once she
logs off and logs in again everything should be fine and I would be able to
see my score report and know whether I have passed or not.
But to my frustration, she was not able to pull out report and when she
contacted the prometric representative over the phone...they told that the
candidate needs to call them within 48 hrs. I work full-time and I cant spend
time on hold while waiting to talk to a prometric representative.
I am very frustrated and unhappy with the way microsoft delivers its testing
packages which behave in such a poor manner. How can you expect a candidate
to wait for days without informing him whether he has passed or not.
How can I voice my concern directly to Microsoft. I think I have done the
exam well and I dont want to spend another 10-15 days preparing for the exam.
