Could not lock file error

I am very new to working with Visual Studio, and I am trying to display
information from a MS Access database in an asp webform.

The adapter, connection, dataset, and datagrid setup have been no problem. I

When I build I get no errors, but when I run I am getting a server error,
"Could not lock file."

I am not sure if this is something I need to fix on the access side or on
the VS side. Any help is appreciated.

Impersonation might get you going...
