ASP.Net Site Reverts to old version

Hello all,

I have a particularly odd problem. My ASP.Net sites often revert back to
older versions automatically.

My company designs and hosts sites built in ASP.Net. Over the course of
the day, I make changes to some of them, recompile, and copy the files over
to the webservers. Many times now (this is becoming a huge problem) I will
come back in the next day and the changes that I just made are totally gone
from the live site. I am the only one with access to these pages, and I am
quite positive that I am not reverting these sites in my sleep.

What is going on here??
