web graphics and copy with mouse

Hello!,

I am trying to select an image with the mouse and "roll it over" or copy it
and then drag and drop it onto another image. I have looked into using
imagebutton and image. Apparently I have to use Javascript and HTML to
initially make a copy of the image and then the only other question is how
would I drag the image with the mouse. My prinicipal question is if I am
doing the right thing by looking into Javascriptand and HTML? Thanks.

Yes, you are on the right track there, Spencer.

Google "JavaScript drag and drop."
