CompareValidator on currency figure in French format

I have a CompareValidator in an aspx form to do currency data type
check. If the user IE language set to French, numeric data will be
displayed correctly (like 9 060,00), but it can't pass the validator.
If I manually set the validator attribute "groupchar", then it works.

As my application is supposed to use worldwide, this little problem
will affect all the forms which use validator. Any common solution for
it?

Thanks in advance!
