How to do a clinet-side refresh without user intervention?

aaa
I do not know if this is entirely possible ( I have been semi-successful in
my tests).
I have an Asynchronous call in my project and I need to refresh an aspx page
to update a grid after I get the callback. Possible? And if so how?
