Frame Refresh Only

Hello Experts,

I am new Bee in ASP.Net even in Web development.
My first task is to Display three Frames on a form (Done).
Every frame contains datagrid bounded by database(Done)
Every frame contains one button each frame (Done)

Now My task is when I press button on any single frame, it refreshes the
whole page, is it possible, that I can refresh only one frame on the whole
page, like OWA(outlook web access view)

Please give me some tips.
