Can't move literal

HI

I have placed a literal server control on my webform but i can't move it on
the webform . What could be the cause of this?

Umm, what do you mean by "placed a literal server control on my webform"
and by "i can't move it on the webform". Those sound contradictory. Can you
elaborate?

do you have relative or fixed positioning turned on?
