Problem In Dataset UPDATE

Dear all i'm facing a problem with asp.net
i have a control on my web form which is binded to a field in a datatable in
a dataset.

What i want to know is that whenever i change the value in the control who
can i update the dataset with the new value and how can i check the values
in the dataset?
Please anyone could Help?
