How do they make WYSIWYG editor in the browser ? I've seen couple of website
using them, but how do they make a WYSIWYG editor in the browser ?

Usually a third-party control is your best bet; alot of Javascript
coding...here's an old article (part 1 of 2 articles) of how to build
one in old ASP:
