Local Copy Option in Visual Studio .NET

Hello All,

I have a couple of projects in my solution and when I compile them I
get an error that some process is using the dll's. But when I make the
local copy = true in Visual Studio .NET everything works fine. Could
anyone tell me whats the diference and when it should be used?

Thanks
Jak
