You can create a datagrid dynamically by instantiating it and adding it to
the page's "Controls" collection. With all dynamically created controls, you
have to make sure you always create the control upon every request. You can
write this code in the OnInit() method of the page or subscribe to the Init
Event of the page as well. For the other requirements you have you can go to
http://www.datagridgirl.com for a list of resources to accomplish what you
need to do.
