Hi,

Inline frame is just one "box" and you can place it anywhere on your site.

Frames are a bunch of 'boxes' put together to make one site with many pages.

An inline frame is just a frame within a single page usually containing
another page - it can exist without having a frameset defined. A frame is
part of the browser display but exists as part of a frameset.
