After install patch KB886903 IIS stops respond...

Hello,
Yesterday I have installed the KB886903 patch for .NET framework 1.1 and
after restart the server (Windows 2000 Srv.) the IIS doesn´t serve any of
the asp.net applications that are installed. Always return 404 error of
"element not found". I tryed to do everything but with no results, so I have
unistalled the patch and all the applications works again.

If anybody knows something about this, please tell.
Thanks.
