Q: creating interface to manage patient demographics

Hello,
I have an SQL table that keeps a small dental clinic patient demographics.
Now I need to provide an add new/search/edit/delete patients through asp.net
web interface. What is the best way to go, which visual studio component
would you be using? Is there any example of source code in the net that does
that? I was thinking VB code but C# is fine too, to get the idea how should I
handle it.
Thanks,
Jim.
