Datagrid, headers, scrollbar Question

Hello all and thank you for your time.

The problem I have is when the datagrid has the scrollbar, all the
column headers are aligned. However, if there is only a couple records
displaying and the scrollbar is not visible, the column headers are off
by the amount of space the scrollbar would have taken up. How do I fix
this? I'm using vb.net.

Thanks,
Sunshine
