CPU Usage is 100% while executing Web Application

Issue:
when I am excuting an ASP.NET page which contains Nested tables and a
few Hidden fields. I am getting the problem of my CPU usage becomes 100% and
my application could not load.
I am using Visual Studio Version 2003
Language Used VB.NET

Please reply me at the earliest

Does it go away if you remove the nested tables? I'm wondering if it is a
concatenation issue:
