Can't Debug Web Application

Does anyone know why one would get an error messgae when trying to debug a
Web application?
I get an error saying the ASP.NET app can't be debugged on the Web Server
and that. I should install the server components.

After installing the server components, I get the same error when trying to
degbug.

Thanks,

This problem happens. You don't know the exact reason.

From my experience, usually aspnet_regiis -i followed by iisreset kills
the problem.
