Is there any tool or utility which can tell me how fast my webpage would load?

I would like to know how fast my webpage would load.
(Considering taht there is NO server site scripting or processing), just a
simple HTML page.
How can i find out how fast it would take to download this page in different
connections (speeds).

Hi Melinda,

FrontPage has a design-time feature that estimates that. If it is online,
there are sites like this one:

This will let you "see" how the pages loads.
