VS2003 Control Form Size

I would like to open a new Webform from a button click and I can't seem
to find where to control the size of the form when it opens. I want it
to be a smaller window almost like a dialog for user input.

You can achieve this by using the javascript: window.open(...) method.

Here is MS's reference for all the features you can use. You can control
the initial size of it by using the sFeatures parameter.
