Graph in aspx

I'm new to the .net environment. How can I display a graph (pie chart) in
an aspx Webform with data retrieved from SQL Server?

You you could use the graphics namespace. Here's an example:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/is...w/default.aspx

Here's an extensive list of 3rd party charting & graphing controls.
I'm sure many of them would fit your needs.

I tried the first example. Any idea, is it possible to display the data
values on the piechart itself?

You're limited to what you can draw on an image. In other words, of course
it is possible!
