aspstate fail

Hi,
I'm reading a ms tutorial about session in asp.net, and I' can't start the
aspstate, somebody can help me?

tutorial:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en...asp?frame=true
system: I'm using WindowsXP Pro, .Net Framework v1.1.4322

erro:
net start aspstate
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.2914>net start aspstate
invalide service name
