keep losing session variables

Hi all,
I'm wondering why I keep losing my session variables all the time. I've set
the timeout to be an hour, but for some reason randomly i keep losing
everything..
what could be causing this??

also, is there a way to automatically go back to the login page as soon as
the sessions have expired or are lost.

thanks

Are you running a virus scanner? They are known to cause resets and loss of
sessions.

PRB: Session variables are lost intermittently in ASP.NET applications

I use to have the same problem.
Its because of the VShield which was running in the background, when i
disable the virus scanner. there were no session problems.
So, check if u are running any scanners!!
