Changing Domain broke IIS!

Hello there,

Hopefully someone can help! We have recently moved onto a different
internal domain server at work and since then IIS has packed-up on our
development machines. We get a 'Server Application Unavailable' error, and
in the error log have the following message:

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is
80070545. This error can be caused when the worker process account has
insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the
..NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation
directory allow access to the configured account.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Through looking into the error on the web I have found various tips like
reinstalling IIS and checking out all the security settings for various
folders in the system; all of which match the recommended settings - If I
uninstall the dotnet framework and reinstall it, it works for a while until
it's turned off for a while and rebooted.... It is also not just my machine
that is affected.

Any ideas please - this is getting rather frustrating!

Cheers, Carl
