cache issue on handler?

cs
I have created a httphandler that generates some files dynamically,
(java web start jnlp files), and IE cant open the files, it calls java
web start and then it says that the file doesnt exist. Firefox works
just fine. I did a bit of researching and it turns out that IE sends to
java web start the wrong path because the file came down with some
no-cache header. I have been playing around with the Cache property in
the Response object but I cant seem to find the key to making those
files work on IE, any clues on how to tell it that its ok to cache the
file for a few minutes?
