Best way to deploy a propject

Hi,

Can somebody tell me what is the best way to deploy a project in VS.Net
2003, say from development server to production server or other servers. Some
one suggests me to use copy project feature of VS.Net 2003, but I can not
find this feature in VS.Net 2003.

TIA
