Framework SP2 Issues

Before I go ahead and install the .NET Framework's Service Pack 2, I was
just wondering if there are any know issues to be addressed with regard to
ASP.NET applications that were developed with .NET 1.1/no sp.

Are any of you running it? If so, any issues?

Are any of you avoiding it? If so, why?

Thanks!
