Problem with HTML Input File

On an ASP.Net web page that has a HTML Input file control run on the server
side, is there any setting that limits the size of the file that can be
uploaded?
Is there any validation code that runs when the value of this type of
control is selected?

Robin:
A simple google search yields all the information you requested.

From MSDN:
"You can specify the maximum allowable upload file size in a machine.config
or Web.config configuration file in the maxRequestLength attribute of the
<httpRuntime> Element element. The default is 4 megabytes."
