Q: a development environment

Hello,
Is it possible to make local C: driver a target and local D: driver a
development environment on the same machine for application and once
development is done copying the files to C: and making it work without doing
anything else?

You have to update the path to where your virtual directory points for your
application to work, even if you are able to copy the files
