Problems binding to Resources in user controls

Hi all,

I'm globalizing my pages, and have run into a problem on pages that
have user controls. Specifically, it seems like my resource-strings
aren't being bound. In the code sample below, the AddNewFolder string
in the <H2> tag is displayed fine, but the other two within the
<asp:LinkButton> controls are not displayed at all.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks.
