Open a file which is not in my virtual path

Hi,
Got this :
X:\Project\MyWebApp --> mapped with http://localhost/MyWebApp
X:\Project\MyWebAppConfig\MyWebAppConfig.udl (not mapped with IIS !)

How can i read this file?

Are you trying to read this file from the client. It does look like it
appears underneath your virtual path.
