Coldfusion Application.cfm

With coldfusion you can have a file named application.cfm that is placed in
the main folder of an application. That file will be executed for any page in
that folder and subfolders.
Is there anything similar to this in ASP.NET

There are methods in global.asax that can run for every page hit in the
entire site.
