Developing on a remote server

Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I can't find a definative
answer. I have VS 2003 on my local machine, and a remote machine running
Server2003. I want to develop for the remote server, basically by entering
http://remoteserver/webapplication1 as my location when I start developing.

I have complete control over my workstation and the server, but am unable to
develop 'at the server' or run a webserver on my workstation.

The server has just been installed, and is a vanilla setup, updated with all
required hotfixes.

Can anybody give me guidence or point me at a comprehensive setup guide for
this?

Thanks

David
