How to speed up the compilation time?

My solution consists of the following project:

1) Data Access project

2) Business Project

3) Web Project

4) Setup Project

Initially, I'm working on a system that only has 2 modules. I created
two-sub folder on the web project. Now, my system has increased to 6 modules
and I created another four-sub folder on the web project. But it takes few
minutes to compile the solution now. And I noticed that most of time taken
is on the web project.

Each module has 80+ user controls. Am I doing it correctly by creating a sub
folder for each module?

Under Build -> Configuration Manager, uncheck the projects that you do not
need rebuilt.
