Packet Filtering Info.

Hi,

I have no idea where to ask this question, I have to create a "windows
service" application for "packet filtering" using .NET.

if anyone has some idea of "newsgroups" or any relevant info. This group has
always been helpful, so I am posting it here.

Please Advice,
Thanks,
Stephen.
